Instructions for success

  • Commit for the 4 weeks
  • Follow our course instructions.
  • We will supply you with your breakfast and lunch, you must have a well balanced dinner and healthy snacks through the day
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Take multi-vitamins
  • Come to the designated class each week for 4 weeks
  • Come to your 1to1 Personal Training session weekly classes and vibration training.

Everything you need is included in the price—only thing we don’t give you is your daily evening dinner.

You will also receive a full fitness assessment, looking at:

  • Your weight
  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Losing inches from Hips, Upper Arm, Forearm, Thighs and Calf

You will receive a full assessment from one of the team.

You will get 1 session per week on the vibration power plate (must be used each week)

You will also receive one 1to1 session with the SJ Fitness Team (worth £35).

Every week we will be doing a Fat/inch loss exercise program and a weight management section. This exercise session will last 45-minutes.

This programme is suitable for complete beginners to the regular exerciser. The classes will run for 4 weeks with 1 PT session to be taken when you like.

If all that is not enough, to help you achieve your goal, you can attend 1 class of your choice (ex Pilates Beginners) per week free of charge! Thats an additional 4 free classes!
