Running for Softies 5 week beginners Running to get you to 5k and 10k standard

Back this year by popular demand we have decided to run our famous running for softies course. The next course starts on Wed 23rd June at 6pm - leaving from the SJ Fitness studio. This course is for the beginner to running and wants to be taught the proper way to run, breath, pace and get to at least 5k standard without stopping! The group is non intimidating, full of encouragement and lots and lots of tips and ideas to get you to that dream of being able to run. We have taken clients that could not run the length of themselves - to now running in half marathons in the space of 6 months!
